The Uniform Member Agreement and the Annual Delivery Agreement constitute the Member Agreements all members must sign.
Uniform Member Agreement. The Uniform Member Agreement outlines the requirement for each member is to deliver of corn to the cooperative for every membership unit, that allocated income is based on delivery, and states that there may be consequences for failure to deliver.
Annual Delivery Agreement. The Annual Delivery Agreement identifies the number of bushels to be delivered for each membership unit. It also allows the member to determine if they intend to participate in the Method A Pool whereby the member agrees to physically deliver corn to the plant, OR the Method B Pool whereby the member authorizes Golden Growers to secure and deliver corn on the members behalf.
