General Transfers – Defined as arms-length transactions processed through FNC Securities, LLC, our Qualified Matching Service (QMS). Units may be donated to charitable organizations, but only if they are simultaneously listed for sale through FNC Securities, LLC.

Private Transfers – Defined as transfers between certain family members, transfers to a member’s trust, adding or removing joint members, or transfers to and from an entity owned by the member. These transfers are processed through Golden Growers.
